Raees (English: Wealthy) is an upcoming Indian crime film directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani and Gauri Khan under the banners of Excel Entertainment and Red Chillies Entertainment.^[1] The film stars Shah Rukh Khan Farhan Akhtar and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles.^[2] Mahira Khan plays the lead female role. This will mark the debut of thePakistani actress in Bollywood.^[3] Set in 1980s Gujarat, the film tells the story of a bootlegger whose business is thwarted by a tough policeman. Official first look and teaser of the film was released on July 16th^[4].
